Life and Stuff

Call me a true blue Kentucky girl if you will but ever since I was little my favorite animal has always been horses.  I don’t see why anyone can look at these majestic creatures and not see the beauty of them.  From running in the field with the other horses to riding horseback in a group, they always amaze me.  I always wanted a horse when I was younger but never got one until I was in high school.  I am the first to admit that owning a horse is a lot of difficult work from grooming to feeding to keeping their stalls clean.  However, if you love horses enough then it doesn’t seem like that bad of work.  Horses to me are like poetry of the animal world.  You can simply watch them gallop through the field or watch an owner with their horse and see the beauty in things.  When you are around these beautiful animals you feel connected to the world and nature because when you look into a horse’s eye, you can almost swear you can see their soul.
