I hate the interiors of my house and the design

At times our privacy comes for a stake since our home is built in such a way that it requires too much to get privacy. Thus I would like to redesign at least three rooms in such a way that I get the privacy the best. For this I need to get rid of one wall, expand one room, and also try to accommodate one bathroom with a toilet in it. This would require a good designer who can use the space the best and design two rooms atleast which encompass all your requirements in one roof.
