Let it grow, let it grow, let it grow!

I have never been very good at picking favorites, but if I had to pick a favorite season, I suppose it would be the spring.  Partially, I love the awakening of nature that goes on, and the feelings that come with it.  Far more than the technical American “new year”, it is the spring which for me offers a sense of fresh chances and outlooks.  My pleasure can be quite simplistic as well – I get excited when the trees first show their leaves, giddy when I see the first flowers.  Spring also brings with it a rush of special occasions, aside from those inherent in the changes in the land and the weather, to look forward to making the most of with my family, and for my son.  There is Saint Patrick’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, and five close family birthdays.  Most significant of those is the birthday of our son.  He was born two months prematurely and with a blood disorder, and we were actually told, from his first days of life until he was about six months old, not to expect him to survive.  While his early medical condition left him neurologically disabled, our little miracle baby is healthy and happy, and on his way to being six years old.  There is no way around feeling blessed and triumphant when that comes around!

Be careful what you wish for

When the week began, I had my defunct gallbladder removed in a sort of planned emergency operation.  The idea was to make sure that it came out the (all things being relative) easy way – that being the laparoscopic procedure – before it had to come out the even harder way – that being open abdominal surgery; the latter method would almost certainly would have been what would have happened, had we waited around even one more day for anyone who didn’t work in an emergency room to get their paperwork done.  In submitting myself to the overly drawn out anguish that is inherent in pretty much all emergency room visits, even if you do not anticipate surgery at the end of them, I was comforted by thoughts that soon I would not have to live in fear of torso strain or impact (a serious consideration when one is the primary caretaker for a 40 pound special needs child), would not be in near-constant agony and nausea, and would be once again able to partake of a diet more satisfying than ginger age and rice cakes.  Nevertheless, here I am this weekend, near a week into my recovery, and what am I doing?  I am struggling to choose between paralyzing pain and the rather unproductive unconsciousness that comes with my pain medication, throwing up even the most responsibly chosen diet of Jell-O, and trying to figure out how to explain to an autistic child why, even now that mommy is home, he can’t get all the hugs he wants.

The Indian BPO industry

I work in an Indian BPO company. The Indian BPO companies work for the foreign nation companies particularly the American and European companies for less amount of money. These BPO organizations offer a very good attractive salary in the beginning. However, they do not increase the salary to a great extent after the candidate has joined. They have several strict rules and regulations for the employees. Also, many of the BPO companies do not pay attention to the needs of the employees. They just focus on the clients and in earning money. The chances of growth in both career level and in the salary is very less and very slow.

Hello, My pet dogs name is pav

Posted on Saturday, November 20th, 2010 at 1:39 pm

All the dog ramps for my dog are recommended by veterinarian. While choosing a dog I basically look for Age and the look. I will take care of my dog out of the times and I will carry that in my car for outdoors. My pav is very good looking one for me and has a girl friend in my friend’s house that’s other pet. While dressing a dog I will make sure that it is very unique and the most of the people will feel the different look that it reflects. It will do many activities for me and it has some skills in jumping and recognizing. Oh altogether it is beautiful one for me and I really feel happy to spend time with this.
