The day I could never forget in my life. A bad and sad morning when I ran to hospital hearing a panic phone call from my sister. I rushed to the hospital and was shocked to see my sister and her husband begging the doctor to bring back their son to life. The doctor was standing helpless beside the body of their son who passed away from life a few minutes ago. He being the only son born eight years after their marriage, was brought up with lot of love and care, enjoying every moments of his childhood days. The irreparable damage to my sister’s life still give sleepless nights.

Even though I have lot of friends, I honestly say that my closest friend is Raji. She is known to me and to my family circle for years. In our childhood days we use to play, eat, roam and even sleep together. We have never missed our presence on any important occasions of both our families. She has always helped me in many of my sufferings and tight circumstances. We both realize each other as the best friends and also the value of being true friends. The word friendship has only meaning when it comes to need and critical stages of life where there will be only true friends other than blood relations.

I just learned that my puppy has asthma, which makes me sad. I have asthma as well, so I know what the poor little thing is going through. She is a Pomeranian and Chihuahua mix puppy that barely weighs three pounds. The veterinarian said I should not worry too much about it, since it could just be some sort of juvenile asthma for her. My puppy, Aspen, is only six months old, so she is not fully an adult yet. Even though she wheezes and sneezes sometimes, she is still a lot of fun. She has so much energy and does not let her illness keep her down. I should take some notes from her and try to get out more and have fun. I have my share of health problems, but I still should try and enjoy life just like Aspen does.
