I am a very big movie addict person who loves to watch any good movie with a different concepts and stories. But I usually prefer Comedy, Action and Adventurous/Science Fiction movies as they show some very cool gadgets, some rip tickling jokes & some entertainment. But I am not a regular follower of love story movies, because I find them very boring and I will surely fall asleep if a story is very boring.

College Days

Posted on Wednesday, March 24th, 2010 at 2:22 am

I have very fond memories of my college days. My college was one of the “A-Grade” colleges in my country and I was very fortunate to be a part of that prestigious institute. I was studying Biotech in this college and the best thing which I like about my college was it was having a very wonderful collection of the books of all types and was having a very wonderful studying environment. Apart from that our college was always ahead in the all extra circular activities. But one thing which I did not find nice is Our H.O.D.

My Dream Bike

Posted on Monday, March 22nd, 2010 at 1:22 pm

I was in my final year of graduation when my dad gifted me this new Yamaha FZ-16 bike, which I always wanted to have. I was thrilled after getting that extreme machine. The thing which I like most of the bike is its stunning looks and its powerful engine. After riding it I also find it very comfortable and a very superb road grip. Only one thing which I don’t like is there is no full chain cover and the shape of a tail light could have been bigger.

Love Songs Lover

Posted on Thursday, March 18th, 2010 at 9:21 am

I am a big listener and follower of love songs and themes. I always make sure that I play love songs at least once in a day on my PC or Mobile phone. I have a very huge collection of love songs both in Hindi and English. I prefer love songs over the others because I feel very relax and calm when I listen to them and if I am stressed I use them as a stress buster.

The Best Gift

Posted on Tuesday, March 16th, 2010 at 2:03 am

The best gift I ever got in my life was for my husband’s birthday! Confused? It was his birthday, but MY best gift. How did that happen? Let me explain. My husband decided we needed a four legged wonder of joy in our home. Having never owned a dog, I was not at all sure this was something we should be doing. But off we went. It had already been decided the dog we were going to add to our family would be a mini dachshund. He assured me this would be the BEST birthday present EVER! Well, I will say, it IS the gift that keeps on giving!! We purchased a doggie bed, blankets (real baby blankets, no less), toys, a dog collar, and pee pads. The dog is wonderful…LOVE HER!!!! However, regarding our other purchases…..she sleeps with us (actually between us) so no need for a doggie bed. Our blankets are HER blankets, but she also uses her baby blankets, so that was ok, doxie’s LOVE to tunnel under blankets. Toys are destroyed and all squeakers removed in 5.7 seconds, it must be an inherent tendency with Doxie’s to seize and destroy. Fancy and cute dog collars and leashes are a happy thing. The dog collar signifies, yes, yes, yes, we ARE going for a walk. The pee pads????? BAAADDDD idea. It took forever to train her to go outside , which is where dogs are SUPPOSE to go, correct? The moral to this story is, if you have never loved a dog, you are missing out on one of the greatest gifts ever!

Home Sweet Home

Posted on Sunday, March 14th, 2010 at 8:21 am

I am staying in the 3BHK apartment since I was 12yrs old. My family is very big, so we wanted to purchase an apartment which is spaciously, nearby to school, bank, offices and must have a very calm surrounding. After a 3 months survey and few researches we finally grounded on this beautiful apartment which was having all the above facilities & was fitting in our requirement perfectly. And this is how we finally finded our Sweet Home. The only thing I dislike about my apartment is there is no attach bathrooms to every bed rooms.

My Delicious Dinner Outing

Posted on Friday, March 12th, 2010 at 7:21 am

I along with my family went to a hotel called Shalimar for a dinner party hosted by my NRI uncle. My uncle loves moglai food stuffs and so do I. We begin with few mouth watering starters and hot soup. My papa, uncle and myself jointly placed the order of other food stuffs which includes some delicious cuisses such as chicken green garden, chicken kadia, chicken biryani, dal makhni, etc.

The Wonderful World Wide Web

Posted on Tuesday, March 9th, 2010 at 8:20 am

Internet access is so wide-spread in today’s society, that many times we forget what it was like to be without it. Being able to “go online” and find anything you want to know, and some things you don’t, is a wonderful thing. It has also revolutionized entertainment. Websites like Hulu give you the opportunity to go online and watch television shows or movies instantly. You can listen to your radio through the internet. You can even talk to people on the other side of the world in real time. The internet is a truly miraculous invention. And I would like to take a moment to thank whatever brilliant minds dreamed it up. Here’s to dreaming of impossible things.

The Desktop Doldrums

My computer is a Compaq Presario desktop computer. I’m not really sure how old it is because I got it second-hand. It runs really well, and I do like the fact that it has two hard drives. One thing I don’t have to worry about is running out of disk space. The downside is that it’s a desktop. It takes up entirely too much room, and it’s not portable the way a laptop computer is. But I guess I can’t complain about it too much. It’s not terribly slow and a desktop computer is better than no computer at all.

Movie Fright

Posted on Wednesday, March 3rd, 2010 at 11:28 am

The worst date I have ever had was actually a blind date with one of my cousins to the Movies. Apparently his date had a sister and she wanted to go to the movies as well so I tagged along to help his game a bit. First we were waiting for forever so we were expecting well put women to reward our patience. This was not so as while my cousin’s date was well put together her sister seems to have taken the opposite approach. Let’s just say the fashions sense did not run in the family. Also she was very obnoxious and loud even when the movie was on she was talking and making remarks. Ohh the Horror.
